Supercoder provides a probation period. The probation period is 1 month. If you are dissatisfied with your hire within the first month for any reason, Supercoder refunds 80% of the matching fee. Plus, Supercoder will recommend 10 other candidates for you to interview over the next 6 months. In case you hire from the 10 candidates, your matching fee will be waived.
